Every bonbon at Grain & Ganache is tempered, cast, filled, capped and
hand-finished in a home kitchen — never mass-produced. Shells are airbrushed
with colored cocoa butter, fillings are made from real fruit, cream, butter
and spirits, and every box is packed by hand the week it's sold.
