Grain & Ganache is a cottage-industry chocolate business run out of a home kitchen. Everything is made in small batches – the chocolate is tempered by hand, the shells are cast and hand-painted with colored cocoa butter, and the fillings are built from real cream, butter, fruit, nuts and spirits.

You'll find us most often behind a table at local farmers markets and festivals, where people can taste before they buy and ask what's inside each piece. Seasonal collections change through the year, and the Holiday Box has become the collection customers ask about months in advance.

We also take custom orders for weddings, bridal and baby showers, corporate gifts and special celebrations – favors, gift boxes and custom color palettes to match your event.
